DO I NEED TO BE HOME WHEN YOU CLEAN?

  • No, as long as we have access to the service area.

CAN YOU WORK WITH MY DOG(S) IN THE YARD?

  • Of course! We don't mind as long as they don't mind.

HOW DO I PAY YOU?

  • We set up prepay automatic billing on the 1st or 15th of the month and service your account like clockwork.  Billing can be prorated for service before the 1st or 15th of the month if needed.

DO YOU WORK YEAR ROUND?

  • With exception to our scheduled Holidays, yes, if they're pooping we're scooping. 

DO I HAVE TO SIGN A CONTRACT?

  • We have service agreement terms, but you can cancel at any time.

WHAT IF WE'RE OUT OF TOWN FOR A MONTH?

  • Then we suggest you give us some notice, so we can take you off of the schedule and we'll be certain to adjust your invoice. 

WHAT DO YOU DO WITH IT?

  • We will double bag it and place it where you'd like. 

CAN I PICK MY DAY?

  • It is imperative that we make and keep our routes as efficient as possible. This allows us to consistently keep our rates down.  We try to be as regular as possible with the same day or days and will notify you if something changes.
